downtown halifax district was definitely worth visiting. our suite included a stone fireplace, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and ironing facilities. we would recommend the hotel and staff.

We had a queen room with an iron, an electronic key card and a writing desk. Bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away. Cafe Chianti with coffee & goodies is 300 metres walk away.

The hotel was centrally located. Our favourite property in Halifax, staff was polite! We were happy to find Buta Ramen 100 m away, where we could eat.
